Member Resources
Welcome members to our new website. A few steps are required to get access to your new online membership account and update your information for the directory.
- Navigate to the member login page and click “Forgot Password” under the form to request a password reset. You will receive an email with a link to set a password.
- Once you have been able to login, you’ll be taken to your profile page where you can edit your profile fields for both the public directory and internal contacts.
- Update your credit card information to prevent renewal issues by navigating to “Subscriptions” on the left, clicking the 3 vertical dots next to your active subscription, and then clicking “Update” which will bring up the form to update your credit card information.
- To update your profile photo for the directory, navigate to the “Directories” tab from within your member portal, and view the link at the top. Click on the edit pencil over the placeholder image and upload your profile photo.
You will find resources and trainings in this new membership portal as well and that content will be updated and added to in the coming weeks and months.
